color in the garden

The garden is waking up and I'm waking up to color around me. Lime green and purple. Time to start doing a better job of looking and documenting. The Baptista "False Indigo" really seems to have loved the mild winter. The common name Blue False Indigo refers to early Americans' use of this plant as a substitute for true indigo for making blue dyes. So I guess it's a colorful plant in the truest sense.
